warner swasey forklift HELP

Went to a farm auction last week and bid to high and wound up with a tractor forklift. Auction people claim it is a Warner Swasey Forklift 4000 lb cap., and that is all they knew about it. Here is what i know. It runs fine, nice tires, 4 speed with shuttle, engine looks like a ford 4 cylinder gas maybe a 172, has a 2 stage mast. How can i verify any information about this unit, year, model, make, etc. There are no numbers on the outside like a model number, nothing but yellow paint. Can anyone tell me where to look for any numbers?? It does need all 4 mast rollers. Does the mast have any numbers for ordering parts? Any help would be great. Also this is my first post here so if i haven't done everything correctly, bare with me.....Thanks

I just googled it , there are pages of pix and
parts sources. Maybe you can match up a picture
....

Check with your local dealer or repair shop. They can tell you where to start scraping paint. There once was a tag or decal, but somewhere there will be a stamped number in the frame.

If that is a Ford tractor reversed with a forklift on it that should make a nice unit.
Ford made a lot of industrial stuff so maybe parts can be ordered thru Ford (New Holland)

If you can remove an old mast bearing as a sample for
measuring you should be able to source replacements from a
local bearing supplier, I have done this here in the UK
successfully.
As has been stated it would be surprising if there are no
numbers to be found anywhere on the machine probably
under several layers of paint.

I think the mast rollers are just cam followers,
I'd pull one and go to a bearing house like someone
else suggested. If that doesn't work try a forklift
repair place, they should have a pretty good idea
of what's out there that's the same.

At our dealership we traded in a Warner Swasey 8000 capacity lift and it has a Ford 4000 diesel engine. It has the shuttle shift and is basically a Ford Tractor turned around. The tag was on the front cowling in front of the operator. The thing would lift amazing weight to amazing height. Not that many of them around our area in Washington. Migraine

I'm going to try to figure out how to load a few pictures of this unit on here...Also i have called around and Nobody seems to know anything about warner swasey units. I'm sure someone n here will know about them....

Here is a picture of the warner swasey forklift...If anyone can help me with info on where any number on this unit would be that would be great. Also i shot a pic of the mast showing where the roller or bearing are that need to be changed. You can see in the picture there was a bolt that i have already removed thinking the roller or bearing would drop out...But it didn't....any help on what needs to be done to change those 4 rollers would be nice....opps...those pictures look huge...not sure how to make them smaller....Like i said i'm new to all this.
