Good afternoon,

I'm looking for a used manifold and a rebuildable carburetor to fit a 1951 Allis Chalmers CA. Maybe a battery box cover, too. I posted in the classifieds, but I thought I'd check here too. NW Minnesota. My email is open. Thanks, folks!
 
Intodeep! the manifold from a B or C will also fit your CA. They all use the same engine. Check with Old, he sometimes has parts for the little Allis's .
 
B C and CA are the same but...the CA has two holes at the base for the muffler,the others do not...BUT..you can put a CA on a C or B and Use a CA muffler...follow that? Yes A B and CA will interchange!
 
Thanks Ralph and Michael. I'm aware they are the same, but yes I do need the manifold with 2 holes for the muffler. Thank you for replying!
 
You could check with Biewer's Tractor Salvage... near Barnesville, MN.

Don't have any idea if they have any Allis stuff there - but we have gotten salvaged Farmall parts there. We felt they were fair with price and shipping.
 
Yep, I'm about 30 min NNE of them. They have the parts I need, but I wanted to check around a bit. Thanks! If you ever come up here for parts, be sure to let me know.

Do you know if Biewer's lets folks wander around the junkyard and take photos of rusty stuff? That would be my goal.
 
That was funny, JMS. ;)

I checked with my AC friend, he said he has the parts but doesn't want to take them off his working tractor.... I said I couldn't blame him on that.
