Seller is my best friend from WSU, many years ago. He and his dad restored quite a few items after dad retired from the farm. They are craftsmen, and I'll bet it works as good as it looks. He said the canvas is all new.

I think that would be low around here as the Amish still use them all the time. Good auction I would think twice that.

Wow... I sure wish I could afford it! For now it is going to be a little "hands on" type labor... Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I have a million things I am SUPPOSED to be doing, a really bad cold, AND I had to spend the entire day at a Loggers Union safety meeting, that way I can OSHA (not sure I spelled that right) approved to do stupid stuff!
I sure like the look of that machine, mainly because it says JD....
