Cresent tool company.

I also carried, and lost, about a hundred pair of pliers.

The farm and home stores all carry them, but they are made in chink land.

I find quite a few of them at flea markets, antique stores, and yard sales. I like the flea markets that are "junky" the junkier the better. I generally pay $4-$6 for them. I buy every pair of old, american pliers I can find. And I am much more careful to not loose them now that they are hard to replace.

Almost all tools are now Chinese made and are junk.

Good luck finding them, they are out there. PS, check up on tool talk.

I've carried the same 8-inch CeeTeeCo Crescent USA pliers for about 25 years in my belt holster. Plus I probably have about eight six-inch CeeTees in the shop lying around that I rarely use, because I have my 8-inch so handy. I miss it immediately if my hands and the holster are empty.

I USED to carry CeeTee pliers.....until about 5 years ago. The set I had carried for around 25 years finally wore out.
So - I bought another CeeTee pair.....then another.....and another.....and...etc, etc! A total of FIVE in one year wore out to the point they wouldn't cut baling wire. The old pair were pretty indestructable, but not the replacements! I finally realized that they were cheap, Chinese JUNK!

I now have TWO pair of great pliers - one is a Channelock, and the other is a Wilde.

I won't waste money on CeeTee again.....

These are just plain ol' 6-1/2" pliers but I'm sure there lots of other styles made by Crescent (CeeTee) out there.
