IH 5100 drill twisted shaft

Anyone ever have a grain feed shaft twist? Have a late model(80-85) 16 row that the shaft has more than a full twist in. Will a cold rolled shaft work as a replacement? From Case IH the shaft is 130.xx
I think I can get a 5/8 cold rolled shaft for around $30.

I'd think $130 bucks is pretty cheap for the correct part and it will fit correctly. Heck, feel lucky the part you need is available! Trying to save $100 may cost you downtime when your will fit shaft fails in the heat of the planting season!
