All,
I am the privileged operator of my wife's Kubota mini-tractor.
I was blowing snow when the front tire dropped off the edge of the drive, a little wiggling in 4 wheel drive, soon found me completely off the drive.
My thoughts were to continue blowing a path, even off the driveway, which left me quite stranded about 70 feet from the road, stuck.
The estimate of 70 feet has to be quite accurate, as the length of my tow strap and chain combined equals 69 feet.
Now to my question, is there a "hydrostat" release prior to towing the Kubota back to terra firma?
I looked at the owners/operator manual and did not find any reference to towing the tractor.
Thanks in advance,
D.
