case IH cx80

I was looking for a tractor and found a case IH CX80 tractor and I was wondering if it was a good brand if you would know that would be great thanks.

I have the bigger brother CX 100 and just love it. I think they have the same Perkins engine and they are battle proof.

Last version of over 30 years of improvement on the IH 74 series.

Perkins power.

I'd buy one if the price and condition were right.

Didn't realize they were still using that design. Thought they had replaced it.

McCormick kept making the C/CX in the Doncaster plant after CIH did, so they kept going.

Mind you a 674 looks nothing like a CX80.
