Added Trailer Hitch Ball to Finish Mower

I got tired of going through the hassle of moving one of my trailers to mow grass around it. I added this attachment to my FM and now I can unlock/unlatch trailer hitch, before I start mowing, then when I need to move, I can back mower up to it and lift. I can then move and not get off tractor!

Kinda reminds me of my 3 year old. He had a cardboard box hooked on behind his pedal tractor. I asked him what it was, he said "baler". He then pushed another box up behind the "baler". I asked him what that was. He said "Poo Spreader". My response. "Well you don't usually hook a poo spreader behind a baler, but whatever works for you." He just smiled and rode off dragging them behind...

This works especially good for me since my mower is attached to tractor 90% of the time. Before this, I had to remove mower from tractor or had to use my truck to move trailers. If course this is only used on empty trailers on level ground but I have used it to lift front of trailer up high to help unload small amounts of dirt, gravel, or brush.
As with anything, it has it limits!

A friend of mine has a similar hitch on his Caroni.

He also has a ball mount on his home made carry all made from a 275 gal fuel tank. Aside from being heavy, the carry all is quite unique. It has a lockable hinged top and exterior racks for chain saws, fuel cans, etc.

I may have to do that on my ZT along with some sort of draw bar with a hole for the assorted implement that gets left on the lawn which is pretty frequent. When I was about fourteen I was mowing the lawn at the neighbors farm. i used to get a fair amount of seat time in on their Ford tractors. moving everything to mow and then lining everything up nicely.
