I have one at work we bought last year. Ours will get up to 25 but you need a looong flat road (or down hill). 19 sounds about right, its pushing it to get up to 25...It has 85 hours and we topped it out the first day....but we didn't buy it for speed we bought it for trail work. (parks dept)

Take it back to the dealer and demand a new one....false advertising!

Ben Takes ever thing right to get the 25. Very first thing you have to do is adjust the tire air pressure. Going to have to get them up hard and larger both front and rear. As the other posters have posted will only be on hard ground to get that top speed. Have you had it back to the dealer

They definitely aren't fast. I have one and it's not what you really want to run between fields with. But.... when it's rock pick up time, that sucker is built tough and will haul a bunch. Don't you like that frame for the receiver? Looks like the same one on my chevy pickups!!

my old 900 that i still have well do 28 on hard road the new one on same flat road 19 dealer was out couple days ago did a few other adjustment to door and gear shift but said he needed to study on speed i talked to my sale man he said he would get with kubota see what they need to do this one is the new series so my take a while to get it fingered out but i do like it has better ride and the heater is great i sorta like if you say it go 25 i want it to go 25 what out changing tires and such now in a year or so i may look for some bigger tires
