# 39 Mc cormic deering plow system.

Makeing progress on the project, Brought stuff up to my dad today. He had to ask one question that I did not know about (what color was the plow system). Hey does any body out here remember what color the plow #39 roll over system was. Is it Red or is it machine gray. Like the color for the Mc cormic tractors where? Just asking boy did he get me good with this question all I see is rust, rust. thanks Brent
 
Red.Moldboard backs are IH blue.Rims are white.Steel wheels are yellow.BTW, It is not a plow "system".It is simply a #39 two way plow. Or more commonly known as a 'tumble' or 'tumble bug' plow.

Hey thanks a bunch for all those great pictures. I up here visiting my dad in Bishop ca. This is great I can show him what I have to repair for him for his tractor. That last picture it looks like you have a farmall 14 and all that cold weather. My dad grew up on a farm with a famall 14 tractor but then my grandpa sold it when the farm went to.Yes I do have 16 inch plows with tiresthanks for all the help on colors. Brent
 
The tractor is a '37 F-20.It handles the plow well.A 12/14 would not pull it.Do you plan to use it?I hope so.They are a kick to play with!
 
When I first bought them I was plaining to use them in plowing some land that I wanted to rent. Do to years of low paying jobs and high rise prices on land I just can not do what I wanted to do. My dad wanted the farmall M and he wanted the plow system. I plain to recondition them for show and demonstration on what it was like in those years in farming. My dad like to show the F.F.O.A kids what he had to work with when he was there age. I try to recondition the equipment for him to show them what it was like in those back in those years of farming.
