I have a ihc 1086 and just replace hydraulic pump.
But I can only get about 1500 psi on hydraulic. I was wonder if there was pilot valve or bypass valve I could change and where it located on tractor. thank you for help in advance.

1085's had two different hyd. systems , one was a open center system and the other was a closed center system , the latter i am no expert on but the open is the same as on the older large frames and they have a relief valve as i am sure the closed center has . Yours may be weak and need replacing or there could be other issues . Before i start swapping parts out i run a flow rate test and go from there first .
