My snow removal crew

Just got this Ford with the plow last fall. Never had blade on a truck before. But as you can see by where the oliver sets I'm likin the truck. I enjoy getting on the oliver but the truck is so much easier. No either. No battery charger. No pugging it in.

You got that right!

I have a rear blade on my D19, a vee plow that replaces the bucket on the loader on my H Farmall, and a '78 Chevy 4X4 with a plow on it. Guess which two sit on the sidelines.
 
Nice looking setup you have there. Looks like an IH 260 backhoe? I have a 260A just like it, the thing is like a pig on ice without chains on the back.

Plowing with a pickup is much easier and much faster than any tractor, I could never go back. Plowing snow with a tractor is something I would wish on my worst enemy. ha
 
Ya it's a 260A. Bought it a few years ago for the price of scrap because the motor was locked up. Found out the mice had filled #1 cyl. full of wheat. A days work and a head gasket later shes good to go.
