That has nothing to do with why I was to be banned from the forums, but still, a very good thought and I hope everyone keeps gitrib in their thoughts and prayers.


I was not off licking my wounds. I was on the road to Louisville, KY for the farm machinery show.

I had to return because of another funeral. The second heroin overdose and the second grave to dig in sub zero weather, because of it. Come to find out it is a cremation and the burial won't be for a while. Another young life wasted, and a bright one at that. He made tools and dies for a company that makes airliner interiors. He had quite a few engineering breakthroughs.

He is gone. Drugs.




What would have got me banned for sure, I have deleted before even posting. Partly fueled by low blood sugar and insomnia, it would have been wrong and I know that. I will bite my tongue. That is only because I know I can help others, with my background and knowledge. I am useful as someone who can help others and I will put that ahead of anything I feel or anything I am trying to do for myself. I will always come last in my mind. It gives me more joy than doing for myself, any day...

I'm headed back to Louisville, KY now. I should be able to make it in time to meet a few people and have a good time. I will post pictures when I get back. No matter how far we come in the machinery world, it is important to remember your roots and what brought you to the party. I always do. I always look at what my family had to endure and my "toys" of old machinery were the way of life. I'm so glad I have them, but at the same time, I'm so glad it has changed for the better. If we had better equipment, my father would have had his father for a longer amount of time. So many relatives with back problems, and health problems... How many of them would be here today and viable, if they had what I get to have to farm with.
