Where to buy weld on wheel loops?

Ok guys I had a little break down today and now I need some parts. I'm in need of the "loops" that weld onto a rim to mount the center to the outside. Maybe I'm calling them the wrong thing but I called my tire guy, couple of "local" dealers and nobody can get them, then can just get me an entire wheel. Looked online and can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I know not to weld with the tire mounted. The tires and tubs that are on the tractor now are going in the garbage. Have new tires and tubes to mount up but was going to wait until warm weather. Now that I have to repair the wheel I guess I will mount them a little sooner.

I quick glanced at gemplers and didn't see them. I will have to look again.

Looks like its just cheaper to buy an entire new wheel since I need 6 of the buggers. 6x19.40=116.40 + shipping

Tire guy in town quoted me about 120 for an entire rim.....
 
Looks like that tire has been on there for a while. Might want to take a look at the inside of the wheel before buying the loops. Just a thought...
 
Thanks. The tire is broke down and off the wheel right now. Inside of the rim looks good. A little light surface rust but very solid and would be no problem to weld to.

Going to search around for some cheaper loops. But if I can't find anything guess I'll just buy a new rim.
 
Anybody else got any leads on where to buy those kind of loops affordable?

Coming up empty on my searches so looks like I may just have to buy a new rim.
