TO-20 radiator follow up

I purchased a new radiator thru this site. Looks good quality. Trouble is it is about 1/4" more narrow and 1/2" shorter, meaning the fan shroud won't go on, plus the fan blades will hit the lower hose. I think I have no choice but to try to fix the old one again.

I'm wondering what country the radiator came from. My son does a lot or tractor restorations and ranks them in this order, worst China, better Turkey Best Ireland.

don't know. As I said, quality seems fine but size is not exact, and I don't want to start hacking up the fan shroud and fan blades so it fits. That would be a last resort.

I got into that on a TO35. The radiator did not come from YT, got it on Ebay. Same problem, fan shroud wouldn't fit, upper neck at the wrong angle, mount bolt slots were jammed up against the tank. The worst problem was the front axle hit the lower neck when the left wheel was pivoted up. Almost didn't catch that! Finally made it fit, wish I'd sent it back.
