No offense to all the International fans out there but I have been trying to find grill screens for a 62 model 830 Ji case tractor and several other parts for a vac 13 and 31 c case tractor and it just pi--es me off that every time I log on to a Ji case web site an international model or part# shows up. I have grown up with JI case in my blood I still use the JI CASE model c my grandfather bought in 1931 and it never fails to start at -30below with a tea kettle of hot water over the carb. Please if there are any JI Case fans out there with a little clout in the industry please tell them we need new replacement parts for JI Case tractors. the ones that are NOT! red. T whalen.

Who names their kid "Increase?"

That's funny!

Poor Jerome!

Jerome... That's another funny one!

Poor guy... I am surprised he did as much as he did. Name a kid Increase these days and see what happens to his self esteem!

Lol I am kidding of course.

I used to love Case tractors and Case machinery before the merger. I used to love all brands before mergers.

I see this thing getting out of hand until we are down to one company named deere, and when that happens, the gub will step in and make them split it up.

Why do we even bother with brand allegiance? In the end, everything is made by the same company, and painted different colors.

Being close to tractor insiders, and being a Ford man, I have seen it from many angles.

My allegiance is to farming. I do it with red, green, blue, orange, yellow, and companies who will paint it any color that will sell it.

I never got into that, but i'd love to have generations of the colors in their prime for a museum of awesome. Except John Deere. Too many people already did that one. I want to have the rest, as most of the time, I see them as the best.

I remember somewhere, reading a story about J.I. Case, bought a
tractor he had sold, and the farmer had problems with it, Case
couldn't fix it, Case bought it back( on warrantee), and a pile of
fenceposts, took the fence posts, piled them up around it, and
burnt it up...

OK, I'll take your word for it! My memory of it came from another older farmer's memory, and you know how things get changed, from oral history!

I agree. Its like having a Case IH 830, a White G1000 > (MM) or White 1855 > (Oliver), Agco Allis WD....

Its like anything else in the parts repro business- if there's enough demand, somebody will supply it. But probably just not enough Cases around to make it cost effective to tool up to make things.

You can just about build a Model A Ford or a '55- '57 Chev from the ground up with repro parts- but see how far you get with a '53 Desoto.

Threshing machine. No fence posts. Rep couldn't the unit. He traveled to the farm and could't get it to work either. Asked the farmer if he has any kerosene. Then proceeded to pour kerosene on the unit and light it.
