Anybody run 23.1-34 tractor tires? Thinking about putting a set on a 806 wheatland! Because it has little short stubby axles! Wont be used to plow has no 3pt hitch!

We use to run firestone field and road 23.1-30's on a 1030 case. They would put all the power to the ground with out using duals. Bad part was, you had to keep it right on the money cultivating corn, and they were a lot of work to work on because of there heavy bead, but they lasted a long time. I think the 23.1 -34's are a more available tire and should make your tractor look like it has another 50hp!!

My 2470 had 23.1 insides, and I did plow with it- 6-18 in furrow. It did mess the furrow a bit but that"s what I had for a few years before the Soil Saver.

We has some 23,1x34"s on an Oliver 1950 years ago ..We pulled either a 6x16 on land hitch plow or 5x16 in furrow..Heres a late friends 1256 that he bought new in 1968...It had 23.1x34 tires..This picture was taken in April 1968..Here also is me pulling the 1950 Oliver at Springfield,MO in 1970..
