hydraulic outlet stuck in locked position.

Had the old leaky outlets rebuilt on the 4020 last year, upgraded to Pioneer. Went to use it for the first time today and the outlet on the left sort of jammed and locked before the tip was fully seated. Now it seems to be stuck in the locked position. How do I get it unstuck?
By the way, the tips were brand new, and they work fine in the other outlets.

It's one of two possibilities, something is jamming it, or it's a defective coupler.

Try to remove it, if there is something behind, it will come out, otherwise you'll have it out, take it back see if they will replace it.

See if you can pop it back out all the way from the back side. Also check the little bracket under the couplers that the original levers locked behind. I usually have to modify them as they will make the ISO lever bind if they are put under the Aluminum lever.

i was just at an auction and the tractors had an assist lever on the back of the unit to help pop the stuck outlet out without using a hammer. I would like to buy these for my tractors. has anyone ever seen them before or have a part number? ive been looking everywhere for them?
