I took a few pics tonight at the farm, I put out 2nd cutting hay for the horses, and 1st cutting, as you can see they dident even touch the first cut! Lol, smart old girls. It was a balmy 14* and the sky and barn ect looked nice, and my tractor and spreader in the barn. The last pic is my mare, she must have been wondering what i was doing out there. Hope the pics come out good.

Were these pics taken in December? Small amount of snow....now here in Wis we have........well, we do have snow, like industrial grade snow.
LA in WI

Looks like we have about same amount of snow.
Yesterdays wind took most of it and turned it to drifts, I spent about 2 hrs cleaning up with SadieMae today.
Our horses prefer 1st over 2nd cut this year maybe cause 2nd is very soft to touch but I have no idea.
We have 1 horse been known to kick her way out of a barn just to be outside in the winter (maybe it was her mother was out there lol).
Nice looking stable barn

Howdy, are you in NY? Im about 25 miles north west of that dump Albany. We had 2 storms that dropped 12 inches of snow each time, then it warmed up and rained, so we lost all our snow, just have this couple if inches, but it sure is cold right now.

Lol, the sky was pretty today. I talked to Jim the other day, he's headed south after Febuary 14th, so ill be caring for his beef herd again! He said both tractors are still down, the white 2-85 and the case 1690, they have been out since this summer!
Ouch ,,, i wouldent want that bill. Lol.

I agree with you Sam. Snow is real pretty when it's up on the mountains, just so long as it STAYS on the mountains & doesn't come down here where us "flatlanders" live. LOL!
