MF 290 Lights

Trying to get Front Light in MF 290 working but to no avail. Main Fuses are OK. Is there other fuses I should be looking for.

Have you the quick connect terminals at the top of the front grille?
Try by-passing them, especially the ground/earth. They need to be kept clean and coated with something like petroleum jelly.

Yes, ran into this problem on the smaller MF 240, the grill latch contacts were corroded and didn't make contact. Cleaned them with sand paper.

Also, check your bulbs, both of mine went bad despite looking perfectly good with intact elements.
