have a 300 ut rebuilt the carb and now the engine wants to rev on start. Governor does noting. I suspect I dont have the link correctly in place from the gov to the carb but cant for the life of me understand how to remove the link from the gov side. Gov worked before RB

Ya missed the slot in the throttle shaft when ya put the carb back on . Take the carb back off and pay more attention To get the tang in the slot
