Old farm video

Since most of us are stuck in the house, here's something to watch. I can't stand not being outside but this one I could watch several times. Video has no sound. Looks like late 20's maybe.

My two favorite parts: "Can a woman run a farm?" and the tree fogging at about 12 minutes. I'll bet those old boys didn't live to be very old without some weird cancer or lung disease.
Farming around the depression

Now that was pretty neat. A lot of modern conveniences in that video considering many didn't get electricity until the forties.
The farm wife had an electric fan over the stove, an electric vacuum, etc.
In the farm yard, I never seen hogs that didn't come running and fighting over the hog trough. They didn't seem much interested at all.

Forgot to mention the parade of ducks "ducking" under the gate. Made me smile. Brings back memories.
