Dinner!

We had burgers for dinner. Our own beef topped with cheddar made from goat's milk that we purchased at the local farmer's market this Saturday. This probably is not big news to some, but for me it is a taste of victory providing for my family.

Tractor related? Yup, made the hay with my tractors to raise the beef!

it is great news,we had veg soup,entirely made from frozen vegs from our garden,a big deal to us,,,,congrats and keep on living a great dream,,,

We had rabbit. One wild one tame. Good stuff. Have three hind legs left. My daughter ate one whole back plus half of another. I always cut the front legs from the rib cage. That's what I get. I like the saddle behind where the neck attaches.
Baked potatoes and corn from the garden.
