big Kubota tractor

Lots of them around here, and no complaints that I have heard. Pic is of a pair of 125s that the custom baleing crew uses.

A friend of mine owns three of them. A 8540, a 105, and a 135. All FWA. They do all the jobs on a 300 head beef farm. Hay, silage, feeding etc. If anyone would have a problem with one it would be him(it'll go or it'll blow mentality)and he has nothing but praise for them. He actually talked me into buying my 7040m. These were all bought between 2006, and 2007 so they have had time to show their a$$. I also havent had any issues, and I beat on mine pretty hard to, until I got my 7000 Allis this spring. Hope this helps.

My son has a 126GX. Started to get a 108.or 110. Dealer talked him out of it. Two bigger ones have bigger engine . I think 276 cu in. We replaced a 4040. The neatest thing is how the front end will speed up and turn you shorter than it will turn in 2 wheel drive. Bad thing is the cylinder outlets, just one has float. I think the dealer can change that. The other thing the Arm chair controls were to short for long arms. There was a kit for this also. Just a little over 200 hrs. Nothing has come loose. Vic

Vic The valve thing should have been discussed before purchase. Several valves for that tractor all dealer installed. Some folks want the detent in the up position, some want float detent, just a guess on the dealer,s part. We always install float detent after the first one unless the customer wants something different.

The Bi-Speed Turn is a nice feature for some applications but is an expensive option and will require periodic clutch replacement if left on, especially if used with a FEL.

Not sure if it is offered anymore.

Kubota has engineered out nearly all initial defects much like the Japanese automobile manufacturers did 30 years ago.

Very nice, trouble-free machines but considerably lighter than competitive machines from other manufacturers.

I have a 125MFWD, couldn't be happier. I plant with it, pull a 12 row JD 1760 planter with liquid fertilizer. Only burns 1/3 gallon per hour or a little more, very fuel efficient. Up to 600 hours so far and no problems. I have a small one for work, a 5740. Been around them a lot, I can help with any other questions you have.
