New tractor shed.(progress report)

I got some help yesterday and managed to get the trusses fitted to the main part of my extension. We had a storm predicted but it stayed away until 4.20pm, just as we were fitting the last runner to stitch the trusses together. We both got completely soaked picking up the tools!.Too windy today to work at the roof, so I prepared the timber and levelled some road planings on the floor area. I have also managed to get some blocks built this week on the lean-to extension.....and managed to get some materials in so we can work over the holiday period!. All builders merchants have closed up for the holidays from this afternoon.

Yes, Larry. I laid the block Saturday until we got a rain storm (horizontal rain!) and Monday which was a super day for this time of year. Don't look too closely! I do my own site preparation, digging founds, laying concrete, welding, steel work and building. Just get occassional labour for the jobs I cannot do on my own.
Don, Chris just might get parked in there as there are no kerbs close by....She has managed to destroy two car tyres this month....says they jump out at her! LOL

You have to have tags for your tractor seems odd, but think about how much $ the government here in the usa could get if we had to have tags.
 
You're on the fun side of the project now. Getting all the concrete piers for the column precisely located and poured with the ancor bolts positioned properly is the tedious part. The rest is a full scale erector set.

Looks nice.

Just the thought of something green or being able to work dirt is a nice thought. Been froze up and all white around here for too long already.

Tell Chris, one more tyre and her car is going to get traded for a crawler with tracks. Then she can destroy curbs instead of tyres. LOL!
