jm I mixed the gas and oil sprayed it in intake nothing happened act like mabe it wanted to a couple of times

The beauty of diesels is the simplicity. 98% of the time replacing the filters cures the problem.

A diesel will run if you spray puffs of WD-40 into the intake. Works well to get an engine running after changing fuel filters.

A rag soaked in gasoline held over the air cleaner intake pipe will also work. I fill all filters when changing them that will accept it with fuel or oil to eliminate a lot of the bleeding process.

after looking deeper into the old thing I think I narrowed it down to the pump failure take it off and take it to the pump doc I dread that bill

Very well can be a bad pump but usually most will hit and run on the mixture. You saying it tried makes me think it is just a tired old engine. Couple of things " I" would do before removing the pump. Pull the injectors or at least one. Take that injector and move the line out in the open put the injector back on and see what you see. I.E. is the injector cracking or spraying fuel.. May not be the pump could just be stuck injectors.
