This week has been colorful to say the least. flue, ice, brokedown truck, now and allergic reaction to some medication I've been taking. Hives and itching is driving me nuts! They did get my truck in the shop today tho.

I hate it when that happens! I found out I was allergic to penicillin when I was a teenager. I had hives on the bottom of me feet and palms of my hands even. My eyes itched. About drove me nuts for a few days.

Well, I"m sure you"ve heard of the old saying about dogs have fleas to remind them every day that they are a dog, but I suspect you have had enough of life"s "fleas" this week to already know you are a working dog! (Maybe all the itching was a gift sent to get your mind off your other problems - some gift!)

Today a Indian River tanker was setting in the middle of the road on a state hiway at 9am at 10:30 he was still there. At 11:30 service truck was there with a guy working on the top of the motor. At 12:30 service guy was on the cell phone. At 3:00 wrecker was hooked up and the driver was picking up his triangles. Could of been worse it warmed up from 0 yesterday to 20 today.

That is not good , do you feel like it is related to this extreme cold or just something that was built faulty.. Hate to have problems on a new 125,000 truck just makes me thin dang. We are still running 6 ever day with the oldest being a 2005 with about 600 thousand but I am thinking we may not trade next year. I am not sold on all the newer engines yet. I would buy a new one tomorrow if I could get Cat power.

Neither, I think it was the cold/wet from tx that is the problem. All that moisture and freezing temps I'm sure froze the air dryer.
