Another birthday today; that makes 79 of them that I've accumulated.

Old age is when you can afford to buy whatever you want to eat - - but your doctor (and wife) won't let you eat it!

I do a lot of reading and studying on the subject of old age.
What I have found out is I don't think i'm going to like old age. So I vill avoid it at all cost. Let the others have it.

They say you are only as old as you feel. That means it varys from 30 to 100 at different times of the day!

I'm three days older than you are. I hit 79 last Saturday, the 7th.

At an anniversary party a couple of weeks ago, a buddy of mine told about a fellow in his home town who threw a big party on his 95th birthday. During the party, he was called upon to make a few remarks to the guests.

He said, "I was going to wait and throw a big party on my 100th birthday, but then I got to thinking, 'Maybe some of ya'll would no longer be here if I waited another 5 years'".

I like his attitude!
