MSU 34 - Ohio State 24.....

Not a pretty game which ever side you were sitting on, but in the end Michigan State won the championship, and apparently gets to play again in the roses.

Now if you"ll excuse me, I need a nap... Game went to midnight last nite!
 
I live in Ohio, but not an OSU fan (yep, I'm the one). I think every college football fan in America (except the scarlet and grey folks) were rooting for Michigan State. I might even have to repaint my 2030 green and white.
 
I went to bed at 11, the end of the third quarter. I figured O.S. woke up in the second quarter and would cruise to an easy victory. Now I'm mad at myself for not seeing it, although I do feel better for it this morning.
Even though I'm a U of M fan you still got to vote for the home team. Or should I say, anybody that could knock Ohio State out.
 
I paid for 4 years of tuition and expenses at FSU for my daughter so I guess I've paid for the right to be a fan. But the last team I wanted to see them play for the national championship was Ohio State I was sure pullin for MSU. Now looks like we'll play Auburn. Great job MSU!!!
 
At least a Southeaster conference team will get to go back to the big game. OS has never faired well in the big game. I think Auburn or Missouri would either one run OS out of the stadium. National championship should now be a good game.

You just settled a lot of controversy on who should go (strength of schedule) to the BCS title game.
And you have given a SEC team the chance to win this game for 8 years in a row.

While I am a LSU fan I got to say....

You're probably right, but I'd like to remind you some serious money changed hands over what happened last night. Don't look at me - I didn't have a dime riding on it. May however help the economy of Michigan a bit, however. Sooo....
 
Which FSU? I'm agraduate of Ferris State, and Central Michigan. Both Maroon and Gold. Everyone in my family has a degree from one or the other, (or both).
 
Florida State University. Daughter graduated from there last spring and is now at the University of north Carolina work on her masters degree. That isn't cheap for her Dad.
 
My youngest grand daughter is a freshman at MSU this year. Hope she didn't get too involved in the mayhem after the game,but knowing her......
