Since you were giving Texas drivers a ribbing and you being a truck driver how about you check out how many truck drivers that are/were stuck(parked/stranded) on I35 up by Sanger yesterday have Tx or out of state driver license?? One problem with ice/snow in Texas is lack of enough snow plows.

I was stuck on 75 all night because the road was
closed, there were hundreds of us. Of course the
damage was done by just 3, and they were in Ok. I
was almost thinking about having to take my words
back yesterday, since it seemed that the texans had
learned, but by the end of the day it turned out
that my original assessment was spot on. Sorry.

2nd problem may of been no snow tires. Come on up to NW Pa. Looks like we will have 3 or 4 more month of this chit. It's hitting hard and early, Put 4 New snow tires with the deepest tread I could find one day before this hit us. Was pushing 3" of snow with the front end of My mini van. Ended up with around 9 " from this blast. 16" 30 miles north of us in Oil city Pa.
