Dec 7th 1941 the day the U.S. got attacked by Japan. Let us not forget about it and or forget those who gave there all for us so we can live the way we do

It vas a supprise to everyone but Churchill, and Rosevelt.

I lost a cousin, he vas never found. He vas in a formation that chased the Japanese airplanes after the attack.

Thank you guys for remembering us Veterans and Pearl Harbour. I have been the twice one in 59 as a territory and once in 60 as a state. The ships super structor was still visible back then. There was no way to go out to it that I remember. There was also a ship on its side up on the beach you could lots of the damage back then it was a quite an experience back then for a young Sailor.

Watched a show on it this morning before going to estate and garage sales. Guys with 60 percent of their body burned climbing ropes from one ship to another. The water was covered with fire so swimming was usually fatal. The sneaky [word this site won't take] were suprised the Navy was returning fire within five minutes . Most of the ammo was locked up and sailors broke locks to get at it. The whole thing was making me sick. One reason I will never buy a [ same word] car. I felt guilty about the Kawasaki ATV I own too. Later in the war. survival rate as a prisoner was like 3 % . for a German camp it was like 54 % .Neither very good. I was tempted to run a few Hondas off the road with my Cadillac going out for breakfast. You can't really great people "happy Pearl Harbor Day". I did tell a few people in the bank "Unhappy Pearl Harbor Day" but they just laughed.

On days like today I always think about our Veterans. What they fought for and what they did for us and how some gave their lives for us. I also think we should think about them when we buy cars, trucks, tractors, cloths or whatever and buy American, its what they would have wanted.

I visited the Memorial there--it is very moving--especially with the oil floating up to the surface as if the Arizona is still bleeding

Twice in the last few days you have mentioned this.
I'm curious where are you getting your information from and why it is so contrary to all the history books - including those written since ALL the records pertaining to WWII were released in the 80s and 90s.
Thanks

Mr. Ultradog Mn.,
Thanks for your interest of my source of information of said topic.
There are many sources of info on the topic, writings of the journalist, Robert Stinnet, Rear Admiral Robert A Theobald, just to name a few.
There is a wealth of info on the web sites,
It depends on vither one wants to believe the goverment version or the TRUTH.
The same people in high places that are lying about things today are of the same bunch twisting the truth yesterday. Remember the JFK murder? The magic bullet theory.
History as ve have been told in school books is a lot different than vhat really happened.
If one vants to be enlightned to the truth, they should look to other sources than the major news media.
Have a good day, Harvey2
