It's nightime with sniffling, sneeezing, stuffyhead, fever

And I can't rest, so I'm going to count my debts, mistakes and heartaches and cry myself to sleep. Second time this year too. That's about 6 years worth for me. Think it's the weather? The pic is of the Heartache, because it's a money pit, because of my mistakes, which contributed to my debts, tractor.

I hope ya get better soon Jon. I had that off and on for a month and a half before I finally went to the doctor. Had sinus infection and also had to have a toot pulled for infection in the root. Don't wait as long as I did.
 
I have had a snotty nose cold for the last 8-10 days too. Seem to feel better when I am working than when I am resting. So I have tried to keep busy, White washed the cow stable one day ,we combined 35 acres of corn over two other days, spent four days trucking manure to far away fields{5 mile from barn}. Trucked cattle from rach day before testerday , went into city to a dairy meeting yesterday, and milked cows each day. Just blow your nose, eat well and sleep when you get tired, works for me! Bruce
 
I found that sleeping in my old recliner works better for me than trying to sleep flat in a bed. The crud in my nasal area seems to drain better, so I sleep better. Good luck!
 
That's why I spend about half of the night in my favorite chair. Seems like either stopped up nose or arthritis gets me about 2 am and sleeping in my chair fixes both.
 

As I got older I was down more and more with colds that became sinusitis. Then I discovered nasal irrigation. Now I go most years without an infection.
