Update on MH44 EFI

I got the bigger injector last night, tractor still will not start when cold.

I have always started it full choke with throttle open. I figured out this morning that is backwards. With EFI I need to have throttle open slightly, which is same as fast idle. This is due to how the computer figures the required fuel flow.

The injector is 42 GPH

1/2 second is 3.7 ml, how much gas do you think I should squirt in.

My guess is too much. Nissan cold start systems operated in that 1/2 second range but from a single cold start injector. If they all operate I would go with .5 ml. each for a trial start. Jim
