Day off chores done.

I finally got the steering cylinder end replaced on the 6610 and the toe in set. That has about a year in the avoiding. I also got the chains and back blade on it.

I am not looking forward to it, but am ready for winter.

I'm not ready yet but got the chains on, dragged the plow out and put a new coat of paint on it, and took the bucket off the loader. All I have left is to pin the plow onto the loader arms and replace 2 windows for the cab. Oh yea also put the rubber roof material on the engine to get heat into the cab.

I thought you meant real chores. I just got back in from doing afternoon chores, feeding cattle. I hauled three loads of manure this morning. Woopty do. Another day.

No real chores for me, wife will not let me get cattle. I travel a lot for work and she does not want to feed them

I grew up raising cattle, miss it.

I usually put my loader and chains on in early October as we can get the snow dumped on us anytime after that. Of course, we have only had about 3 inches so far. I'm glad for that.

i remembered on dairy farm you hurried up to get chores done and take the rest of the day at least till night chores by the way whats a day off:)
