Farmall M Engine numbers

Where do I find the engine and head numbers on the engine? On the block I found the following 6722 DH with a BB under it. The dealer tells me the number starts with a FBKM. Also where is the casting nnumber on the head? Thanks for the help.

The M might be the same as the H, the serial number might be stamped into a raised boss a few inches under the No. 1 spark plug.

Head casting number should be under the valve cover, I think.

Think both posters are correct, as I do seam to recall a casting number on the head of the M and as with most all SN's I know the M block SN is stamped into the block.
And I think your dealer is at lest mostly correct, the motor SN should start FBK, but I don't recall if the prefix had an M in it.
