A BIG Ole Thank You for your service!!! I would have done it on the post below but thought everyone would have a better chance of seeing this way. THANK YOU, John

It was an honor to serve John, glad to know it's appreciated.
Did I ask what part of central MI you are in? Ionia County here.

Thanks all who served. Dad was navy during Korean war, both gramps were WWI, step dad was WWII Normandy.

Thank you to all who have served in the US military! This pretty much sums it up for me...

I will back up what everyone else has said, THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, it's because of those that served to protect our freedom, and God that we have what we have today, I've got several uncles that served and a number of friends, Thanks again

My brother joined the Air Force in 1951 3 days after we graduated from high school. My dad wasn't too happy about both of us leaving the farm. I was drafted in 1953 and I married my wife. I ended up at Ft Bragg in NC with 82nd Airborne. Been married 60 years and our daughter was born at Ft Bragg. Here are some pics from Ft Bragg. Our nephew was killed in Nam in 1970. He's buried at Arlington. Since I was
furloughed for the draft I was rehired as a returning vet at Aberdeen Proving Ground. I retired after 38 years then worked for several defense contractors at APG for 10 years. Hal
