Well I have 7 pints of pear mince meat in the hot water bath right now and probably another that I will put in jars after those get done. Still have a whole lot of apples that we will be canning tomorrow I think

Da wife did 46 qts.of Salsa,mild,hot and hotter.12 black bean salsa.24qts.of pears,who knows how many tomatoes,green beans and carrots. Rhubarb,wild black raspberries and a ton of strawberries. Then one day I was walking home from da sons deer food plot and spied a bunch of wild grapes so we made some grape syrup for pancakes!Good thing we have sauerkraut and pickles left from last year.
