Galesburg, IL Plow Day CANCELED

Due to rain last week and again yesterday and today the Plow Day scheduled for Nov. 9 near Galesburg, IL has been CANCELED.
Will try again next year.

Maybe a plow day without plowing is in order. Same donuts and coffee for breakfast then hot dogs on the grill and chili for lunch. Then just a bunch of good old stories by the shop wood burner.

If ya wanna PLOW, come on up. We have a PLOW to unload at John's and find a tractor to mate it up with. It's a semi-mounted so we need to find a tractor with those "strange" arms out the back. (Most of these tractors are wheatland tractors with no 3 point).
Another PLOW awaits transportation from Abingdon to John's and a suitable tractor for it.
A 4 bottom PLOW for the 2050 needs all the surfaces polished, the slat PLOW needs to be hooked to the 950 to see if it will pull straight, and if you still have some time there is the 4 bottom Cockshutt PLOW that could use a little attention.
Like I said, If you wanna PLOW, come on up!
