has anyone here ever used a terex backhoe ???? good point and bad please now!!!! let me know thanks

I bought a 760 in '09 and have had virtually no problems. It was A LOT cheaper for the hours than anything else. Plus it is very powerful, starts on the coldest mornings, has great lights and has AC! I'm getting ready to be hard on it soon, it runs a 14' snow pusher box on it. This will be it's fifth winter on that detail. Ask any questions you want and I'll try to help

We have a Terex loader at work. Seems like a strong enough machine but I've heard the mechanics complain often when working on it, oddball metric fittings and hydraulic hoses, somewhat difficult to obtain parts, etc.

Been running one the last two days. Rental. Seems like any hoe. Like being able to get in and out both sides.

your Terex in all respects is a Massey Ferguson that was bought buy Kobelco then named Fermec then bought by Terex. have a 850 Kobelco and it is a great machine

I've got a 760B that I've had for a little over 2 years and put over 500 hours on it. It has 1900 hours on it now. I've had good luck with it so far and it was a lot cheaper than a comparable Case or JD. The biggest complaint is dealer support, there are none in my area, the closest is in Memphis 120 miles away.

thanks to all who replied , looks like a good machine main concern was parts and parts cost and breakdowns . are they readably fixable or junk . again thank to all who responded
