You're in Scotland, right? How bad is the violent windstorm. I saw a piece on national news showing heavy damage in England. I'm in Michigan. So forgive my generalization of the geography over there.

Thanks for asking....but I am in Northern Ireland....however I was in England(see my photos below!) and was due to sail back to Ireland just as the storm was due to hit....The boat did sail, it is quite a large container ship which takes passengers also, The sailing is 8 hours. I had a cabin booked, so I slept through it!!
In other words it didn't effect me! and Northern Ireland escaped the total storm.
