Kubota D622 engine dies, restarts eaisy

We have a Toro Dingo that we have a Kubota D622, 3 cyl, Diesel engine in. He put a brand new fule pump on 6 months ago when he got the engine, and all was well intill a few weeks ago when he thinks he may have put some bad diesel in it, but he's flushed it out. Now The engine runs well, except it dies suddenly, as if the key is turned off. But it starts right back up afterwords, no weight time. My Dad says that the oil sensor kill sillonoid is not engaging.
We're not diesel experts (crazy dingo is the one and only diesel machine we have right now out of 20+), so were looking for input on what to consider next as the cause.

Did you change fuel filters after the suspected bad diesel? There could be a clogged fuel strainer in the fuel shut off or fuel line.

I have a kubota lawn tractor, was doing the same thing. Mine has an electric shut off on the injection pump. It is cintrolled by a control module.Module was bad. Unplug wire to pump shut off soloniod. If it stays running you may need the module. Hope this helps.
