AMF Dynamark lawn tractor

I recently acquired an AMF Dynamark lawn tractor. M# 52850200 DB2 S# 4-88795. Can anyone tell me how to decipher the age of this unit.

May be able to come close by the model number off the engine, especially if it is a B&S. You may want to post this on the garden tractor forum below, There are some knowledgeable folks there.

I do not have a scientific method to figure it out but from my parts counter days I would guess around 30 years old or more. By the time I was in the business the models were 3612-0000, 3912-0000, and 4518-0000 among others for the tractors which was around 1989.
