Was very bright this morning here while I was doing morning chores at 7:00am. Still pretty dark, moon seemed extra bright. Was very bright last nite after dark, too, but very red.

Not long after it came up, I was preparing to descend from my deer stand, and I was casting a shadow from it, had a nice moonlit walk back home, clear night, well there was a system moving through. Funny, I do the same going in, as going out, deer within 20-30 yds of the ladder, a nicely cleared path, no crunchy leaves underfoot, I can sneak out without them noticing unless the wind is to them from my direction, thought that moonlight was going to spoil my stealthy retreat !

It seemed brighter at 6 than it did at 7:15 or so.
