Does anyone know what the hand lever on the left side of the seat is supposed to be for? This lever is connected to a shaft that runs horizontally under the seat. I am missing the rod that connects this shaft to a lever that it controls. This is in the same area as the shafts that are controlled by the foot brakes. Anyone know what this hand lever on the left side of the seat is supposed to be for?
