My truck stopped on me last weekend, but I got it restarted and cleared the code "dumb". I wanted to have a code in it for the dealer. It died again today right in front of my house, called roadside assistance they came, I restarted it to pull it on trailer and sent it off to dealer.
It appears you can restart it 30 minutes after it shuts-down on bad exhaust temp sensor. I do not know when it checked again.
