Well I got home around 5 this evening. Got out a bag of frozen Tilapia Fish, thawed breaded and baked them. Boiled some rice and made some Johnnie B biscuits (red lobster biscuits) and had a side of apple sauce and fresh apple cider. What a meal it made.

Doing up some Raw fried red taters, canned pork (first time canning this and will be the first time eating it) and canned green beans. Made a fresh loaf of bread.

We are moving soon so I am cleaning out the freezer.Tonight it was a medium sized ziploc bag of frozen onions and one of frozen peppers and a big one of frozen diced tomatoes.I can"t remember exactly what year they were put up.I added 2 lbs browned ground beef,a can of mushroom pieces and a medium can of lentils I got for 25 cents (dented) and a couple of potatoes from the garden all in one pot.

The Mrs complains about my cooking but I have caught her admitting that if you can get around the sight of it my food is ussually pretty tasty.

Freezing fish ruins the flavor.Baked haddock that has been frozen is awful.Fresh sunfish and white perch are my favorites.

(quoted from post at 09:40:50 09/30/13) Fried bologna and cheese sandwich. Yours sounds better.

Thanks for the tip - Lunch is comin' up and that'll work! :)
