hang crank B Allis kits to electric start is it possible?

Looking to covert my 1939 B Allis hand crank to a electric star and want to know if its even possible?

Yes. But you need a donor tractor for the major parts; the torque tube with starter hole and a flywheel with ring gear.

As said you need a good number of parts. I have 2 parts Cs so I have a torque tube and probably a flywheel with ring gear but do not have a starter

Also your block may not be tapped for the generator mount.

Yes it is easily possible. What basically works best is to have another parts tractor with a starter on it. I've did several over the year's.

If I ever did something for mine, I would use the mower pulley on the PTO and hang an electric motor off the drawbelt.
