Does anyone make a 10 inch all moly steel blade with 24-28 teeth? Don't want carbid tips. I want a blade like the all steel blade that came with my 40 year old craftsman radial arm saw.

Thanks

Ebay George. After that try going to some of the higher end woodworker sites for links to saw blade makers. There are still some people out there that know a sharp steel blade cuts lots easier and cleaner than a carbide. You could also check with any local saw sharpening services near you.

I have several BTW, but I'm one of those neanderthals that doesn't believe life began with carbide.

I have a 48 tooth carbide blade on my 12 in table saw it cut as smooth as if it were run though the shaper. It's not what type you buy it's the number of teeth that make the difference.

Walt,
I want a 28 tooth chrome molly steel blade, no carbide. I have one, I can sharpen it, and it will cut circles around the carbide tiped blade. It is narrow, had less drag, can cut wet treated wood better than any carbide blade.

Found dewalt makes the same blade. Ordered 2.

Thanks.

Anybody have a 10" one that I can buy...used worn out is good...I use it on my weed eater for cutting brush and sharpen it with my body grinder, don't need to be fancy because it's gonna see some rocks now and then. That's why I can't use carbide tipped blade.
