Tire Chain Sizes ?

My Dad picked up a Ferguson TO-30 and it has 12-4 X 28 rear Tires, They say replaces 11-28 tires, He wants to buy a pair of Used Tire Chains,

Will 11-28 Chains work or does he have to go with the 12-4 x28 Chains ?

Glenn11-28 is the old sizing. 12.4 is exactly the same eize. One measured the face & the other measures at the widest point of the sidewall. You can't buy anything 11-28 new anymore.
