Hey Old saw this on TV

A guy bought a 66 Dodge fastback Charger in pretty lousy condition for $8000. Said he could sell it as is for $11000. I hope you bought that car before she learns what it's worth.

This charger has no title and has not run in who knows how long. Plus location is a big part of what something is worth. By the way the price on it was her price not mine

Location has little to do with value of old muscle cars. Like some tractors, folks are driving all over to get 60=70's cars. Value is what it is and 300 is a steal. Unless its in the mud and totally rotted away and you basically have the bumpers.

Getting a clear title is easy the DMV records will show the last owner you may be able to find him/her if not then its an abandoned vehicle and all you have to show is how long it sat there and they will give you a new clear title.

I have found a lot of stuff you see on TV is just fiction like the Pickers show and many other such ones.
Ya I figure I could do things to get a title but not sure it would be good enough shape to even try to get back up and running. As for the price I am not the person who put the price on it and this lady knows a good bit about stuff like cars etc she has been around them all her married life up till her husband died
